Jordan Pastorek, M.D.
Jordan M. Pastorek, M.D. is the founder of Pure Medicine, a primary care medical clinic in Frisco, Texas. He is board-certified in Internal Medicine through the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) and treats adults for a variety of chronic and acute medical conditions, with a strong emphasis on prevention.

Dr. Pastorek graduated from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge in 1997 before attending LSU Health Sciences Center in New Orleans for medical school. He completed his Internal Medicine residency in Lafayette, Louisiana in 2007, following his service in the U.S. Air Force, where he earned his pilot rating through the Euro-NATO Joint Jet Pilot Training (ENJJPT) program at Sheppard Air Force Base in Texas. He later earned his Flight Surgeon rating at Brooks City-Base in San Antonio and has served as a flight surgeon in the Air National Guard and Air Force Reservefor nearly two decades, achieving the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.
In his civilian medical career, Dr. Pastorek has over a decade of experience as a hospitalist and has worked in multiple hospitals across Texas, Louisiana, and Mississippi, including providing care to COVID-19 patients in acute care hospitals, ICUs, and office settings during the pandemic.
Since the pandemic, Dr. Pastorek has focused his attention on providing care to adults in the outpatient setting at Pure Medicine. In addition to annual preventive visits and screenings, he treats patients with chronic conditions such as hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes, heart disease, neurological disorders, gastrointestinal diseases, allergies, autoimmune conditions, cancers, and more. He also treats acute illnesses, including upper respiratory infections, gastrointestinal issues, pain/injuries, and other common conditions. Dr. Pastorek also has expertise in medical weight loss, pre-operative medical clearance, and hormone replacement therapy.
Laura Pastorek, RN, BSN
Laura graduated from the Louisiana State University School of Nursing in 1999. She has been a Registered Nurse for over 20 years, with experience in Critical Care, including the Intensive Care Unit, Cardiac Cath Lab, and Endoscopy. She currently enjoys working alongside her husband at Pure Medicine and raising their three children.
